JUNIOR SECRETARY

Requirements:

  • Max. 28 years
  • Min. D3 from a reputable secretarial academy, or a reputable university majoring in Management, Communication, or Public Relation
  • Minimum 1 years’ experience as Secretary
  • Fluent in English both oral and writing, and understand japanase language
  • A positive thinker with multi-tasking abilities and a sense of responsibility
  • Well organized, able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • Able to work independently, pleasant and mature personality with good interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office

  • Adaptable approach to heavy workload
  • Brilliant time management skills
  • Highly motivated
  • Competentuserof Microsoft Office (Excel, Project andWordessential)
  • Positive attitude and desire to learn

Job Responsibilties:

  • Working with the secretarial team, providing support when necessary
  • Implementing and maintaining an effective filing system
  • Photocopying, binding and storing all company documents
  • Frequently updating contact details on the company database
  • Ensuring all incoming calls are answered quickly, taking clear and accurate messages when necessary
  • Collecting and distributing all incoming post and deliveries
  • Covering diary management when required, including organising travel and accommodation and email correspondence
  • Managing and booking all outgoing post and couriers
  • Supporting the Executive Secretary with admin and document overflow
  • Covering diary management when required, including organizing travel and accommodation and email correspondence
